My favourite property in Montreal. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has very helpful staff. Breakfast with gorgeous meats. Perfect and nice location relatively near a Catholic basilica. Set close to many top attractions in Old Montreal as well as museums in the very nice area.

Overall the room was stylish and new-fashioned. The breakfast spread was tasty, with a lot of appetising options. The location was stunning, just 5 minutes walk from Old Port of Montreal. The staff was affable, kept everything fairly clean and modern.

The personnel was very amiable and patient. Deluxe loft was pet-friendly and generous-sized had hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. The breakfast was delicious and savoury with gorgeous meats and the restaurant food was fabulous. The location was incredible - short walk to great restaurants in old Montreal and many sights in the `` Old City ''.

Our room was pet-friendly and high standard, had feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Comfy beds, the staff were very helpful and patient. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was early.

gault surpassed our expectations during this anniversary trip! the bed was incredibly comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the old port. dog-friendly too! we loved the room's music and it was cleaned twice a day. highly recommend!

The location of the hotel was superb. The professionalism, competency, helpfulness, friendliness, and courtesy of the staff were unexcelled.
Breakfast should have been included in the price. The hotel is pricey enough that the cost of breakfast should have been accomodated within the existing price.

It must be the staff: they were very friendly and helpful (and one member of staff even spoke a bit of Dutch). The interior design was excellent (and a nice diversion of the corporate-style hotel chains) and a great location. Just a block away you can pick up one of those Bixi bicycles and off you go to explore Montreal.

Chic place to stay with extraordinarily friendly staff. Impeccable service and magnificent location really close to many restaurants, shops and restaurants, and historic old Montreal. And 5 mins walk to a Catholic basilica. Very nice overall experience.
